Ahaha, it's so true. -.-; I get waaay too attached to my characters. And I love crazy intertwined plots and really thought-out character interactions! Even the if you didn't start playing with a ship in mind, you're definitely shipping now that you're playing -.- I didn't MEAN for it to all happen... XD; EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE THIS. Especially those people I RP with/have RPed with. *nodnod*

So, I just wrote an essay for my American Studies class on Star Trek. Seriously. :D

Now. For my Asian Women in Film class. Vampire Knight, Spiral, Ouran, Kiki's Delivery Service, Tadashii Ouji? ...Any other suggestions? I don't have time to actually watch anything, so it'll have to be something I've already seen with main women characters.

Since that OVA gave me all sorts of lovely ShishiGaku fanservice, I got inspired! So you get Freshman!Shishido/Gakuto! I'll hopefully write a sequel to this, because I have this whole plot lined up as to why Shishido and Gakuto aren't close like that anymore. :( 'Cause... you can tell it's more Gakuto->Shishido than Gakuto/Shishido.


Gakuto felt funny. And it wasn't funny like he wanted to laugh, but funny like his stomach twisting and tingling and it might even have felt good if not for the reason. It was like when he sat next to Ryou when they had herded all the boys in a classroom together to watch a movie about boys and girls and sex, only it was happening a lot more often.

( But Ryou was better, a lot better than any girl. )

Okay, so at least one of the pairings is crack, (I say 'at least' because people actually classify some Hyoutei pairings as crack! D:) but~ Here's a meme yoinked from wrangler

The eerie silence was broken by two loud bangs that left Hiyoshi's ears ringing. He might have felt some movement soon after, but mostly he couldn't feel anything at all. Time didn't have any meaning either, because he didn't know how long he'd been laying there, the thoughts in his head escaping every time he thought he might have caught hold of one.

For a moment he thought it might be raining, but the drips on his cheek were warm. Rain wasn't warm. Maybe it was his blood? But all of him was still lying on the ground, he thought. He wasn't sure because he still couldn't feel anything but the intermittent dripping.

( Wake up... )

Sometimes Hiyoshi thinks it doesn't hurt. That when Shishido claps Ohtori on the shoulder or shoves Atobe down the bench so he can sit that it's fine, because Shishido doesn't like anyone, he just loves tennis.

When Shishido doesn't look at him, looks past him and grins at Ohtori waving from the courts, it stings, but it doesn't hurt. Hiyoshi's strong, he can't be hurt.

When Hiyoshi finds himself frozen beside his locker as Ohtori's laughter is cut off by a moan, he thinks it might hurt. It might hurt because Hiyoshi knows how to beat people like Atobe, people like Gakuto. But Hiyoshi can't gekokujou Ohtori, and the flash of short brown hair and golden tan shoulders against Ohtori's pale skin is a spike of pain comparable to a steel tennis ball to the chest. Like Ohtori's scud serve has just slammed him into the ground, taking with it his chances at touching those rough lips that frame even rougher words whenever Shishido loses a point.

It's not love-fifteen. Hiyoshi has just lost the match.

TeniMyu backstages need to make me stop shipping Tezuka/Gakuto, I'm just saying. It's both 4A AND 5B! D:

Urgh, so, I've had a craving for Magical Girl!Hyoutei for the past week, and NOW Gundam!Hyoutei had to join it. D: SOMEONE GET RELENA!OSHITARI OUT OF MY HEAD, IT'S SO WEIRD. D: Though you know it's totally gotta be Gakuto!Kira... Which is also a weird image, because he should also be Yzak. I DUNNO I'M MIXING SHOWS. Ryoma!Setsuna, DEFINITELY. He reminded me of the brat since the beginning. But I don't feel familiar enough with either to actually write something like it.

SO, UH, WHOEVER GIVES ME EITHER GETS MUCH LOVE. :D Even just point me to it, I know they exist, I've seen them before. >.> Might have been fics, might have been video or fanart... Or I guess even something, I dunno, theotech or cyberpunk or space opera or something like that. XD But Hyoutei.

Why are my interests so far out there that I can only be satisfied by something that may never be written? T_T Or written myself.

Momo felt pretty pleased with himself as he leaned up against one of the counters in the break room. He sipped at a cup of coffee that he'd picked up on a whim, seeing some advertisement in one of those drive-through stands. The cry of; "What!? What do you mean the coffee maker's broken!?" that echoed through the whole floor had him grinning. This was going to be good.

( No idea where this came from, but it was fun to write! )

Title: Sit Beside Me
Characters: Hiyoshi Wakashi, Ohtori Choutarou, some Shishido/Gakuto
Rating: PG-13 for... Hiyoshi and shameless pets
Summary: Hiyoshi finds himself dealing with a sad Ohtori in the aftermath of his partner's death.
Notes: So, seven months after writing this, you get the continuation!

Rating: NOT worksafe because of course a naughty pet needs punished! ;D
Summary: Gakuto runs away from his master and finds himself in trouble.
Notes: Because if Shishido is going to be my favorite vampire he ought to exist more. Same AU as this, though I suppose they could be read separately.

I never noticed the trend until now... but in Tenipuri art Taki really seems to have a thing for Shishido. It's amusing, especially when it's because of Shishido that he lost his spot on the regulars and his doubles partner. And seeing as how often Taki ISN'T in art, it's poignant that at least half the time he's with Shishido or Hiyoshi.




BTW guys, go join twistserve_tcg, it's fun! I've only got 7 cards for my Moonsault deck, (and somehow 4 Shishido ones, which is more than my Hyoutei puzzle deck which I'm actually collecting...) so you gotta join, get Gakuto cards, and trade them to me. :D Or say I refereed you when you join, that works too. They got megane decks and pairing decks and myu decks and episode decks and lots more~

...Also, is it sad that I like the Vocaloid version of One More Step that I heard before better than the actual version? >.>;; I'm getting really tired of people that can't sing. D:

Summary: Gakuto's lies cause him much more pain than he or Shishido would like. Drug effects explained, the machine is explained, and Gakuto has more reasons than he can explain. Same AU as this

Title: Nightmares
Characters: Shishido Ryou/Mukahi Gakuto
Rating: PG-13 for swearing?
Summary: Gakuto has nightmares and Shishido doesn't like seeing him hurting.
Notes: Okay, so I think I found the kind of AU that works for Hyoutei and still has a cool dark/future/cyberpunk-ish sort of feel! I totally woke up in the middle of the night just to write this, because I get all my best inspiration from half-dreams.

I feel like Shishido in the fic The Square Root of Shishido.

Because I can never let myself win. Happiness is never enough to be satisfying for long, before something pops up to overthrow.

I'm also a dork for relating myself to fanfiction.

This 'fic' serves two purposes!
1) I've wanted to write something entirely dialogue for a while now and see how well it worked. Dialogue happens to be my favorite part of writing, and also the only thing I read when I'm skimming, so sometimes in itself it can be a story! And...
2) I'm still irritated that Platinum Pair and subsequently Rikkai get a plethora of fantastic sci-fi/future/dark AU fic, which happens to be one of my most favorite genres, while Hyoutei and pretty much everyone else gets... about one. :/ So I guess that means if I want awesome dark/sci-fi/future fic for Hyoutei I gotta write it myself! And this is not it

It has come to my attention that I rarely write full on sex scenes. This almost doesn't count. Why I ended up writing one with girls then, I dunno. Shishido, I'm looking at you. >.> But I've been reading stories about gay boys for so long that I don't know any sexy names for girl parts. D:
